Comprehensive Training
Mix intervals of plyometrics, aerobic and anaerobic exercises, and strength training with essential boxing fundamentals. Our classes integrate jump rope drills, shadow boxing, heavy bag work, speed bag routines, and stance drills to enhance your agility, endurance, and power.
Flexible Scheduling
Join us for invigorating morning sessions on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, or kickstart your evenings with our weekday group classes. (Please note: Class times are subject to change—contact us for the latest schedule.)

Pre-Class Preparation
& Guidelines
Arrive Early: Please arrive 15 minutes before your class begins to allow time for hand wrapping, stretching, and a proper warm-up.
New Student Requirement: All new students must sign a waiver before joining the workout.
Safety First: Remember to remove any rings before coming to class to ensure your safety during training.
What to Bring: Bring a towel and a bottle of water to stay refreshed. While Coach Milk provides hand wraps, gloves, and jump ropes, you’re welcome to bring your own gear if you prefer.
